Blue Lady
The Blue Lady is a character of Project Mili. She first appeared in the art card of Vitamins, a song from Millennium Mother.
Design
The Blue Lady has long, pastel blue hair with a light pink gradient at the bottom of each strand. She has light skin and wears black glasses. She wears a black unzipped leather jacket with pink in the inside of the jacket, and a black necklace with a yellow circle. The Blue Lady wears a white skirt with long, black boots.
Appearances
The Blue Lady first appears in the art card of Vitamins for Millennium Mother. There are also small Lefty's in some of the capsules.
